Jonathan V. Selinger, professor and Ohio Eminent Scholar in 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ University’s Department of Physics, in the College of Arts and Sciences, and the Advanced Materials and Liquid Crystal Institute, has been elected a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), the world’s largest general scientific society and publisher of the journal Science.

New Funding Leads to New Full-Body Virtual Reality Lab
Two 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ sociology researchers are moving toward gaining insight into how people’s brains react in a variety of threatening situations using innovative virtual reality (VR) technology funded by the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Army.
