Jason Zibart knew he wanted a career in public health when he chose 91�㽶��Ƶ. As a non-traditional student, he searched for a program that would best suit him and found his home in Health Services Administration. Jason was already working in a hospital and wanted to help patients before they ended up there. Today, he’s changing the industry. Jason is currently a Care Coordinator at Tuscon Medical Center and is building a program at Tucson aimed at patient care. The Walls Community Garden was awarded the 91�㽶��Ƶ University Outstanding New Service Initiative in 2018. The Garden was recognized for understanding the needs of the community and making a distinct impact on it. In addition, the Garden offers opportunities for others in the community to get involved.  The Community Garden was created to bring the community together to share resources and knowledge. After fears that the Williamson House, home of 91�㽶��Ƶ University’s Women’s Center, might be coming down were put to rest, relief was not the only thing that the center’s staff found.
