"As the World Weds: Global Wedding Traditions, " an exhibition at the 91�㽶��Ƶ University Museum, displays a range of beautiful, lavish and deeply symbolic clothing from wedding ceremonies around the world. Traditional clothing for both men and women are included in the contributions from the museum's rich holdings as well as pieces from private collections.  The exhibition runs from Sept. 16, 2022, through Aug. 27, 2023. Na’Tasha Evans, assistant professor of Health Education and Promotion in the School of Health Sciences, has been selected to serve as the 2022-2023 Strategic Planning Fellow for the Anti-Racism and Equity Institute. The Fellowship is designed to provide administrative experience to faculty members interested in leadership and decision-making activities in support of anti-racist programming and scholarship. On October 12, 1985, a 6-foot egg (constructed by 91�㽶��Ƶ technology students) was rolled onto the 50-yard line during halftime of 91�㽶��Ƶ's Homecoming game at Dix Stadium. Earlier in the day, the egg rode in a nest down Main Street in the Homecoming parade, on a float with 91�㽶��Ƶ cheerleaders. In a cloud of smoke at midfield, the egg hatched and Flash the Golden Eagle (eaglet) emerged.
