In this program, you will learn the characteristics of great leadership and identify the key elements of leadership, how they differ from management and how to make the transition.

This interactive program focuses on helping managers, supervisors and team leaders develop the three core elements that are essential to creating engaged employees. Participants will receive practical tools and ideas that they can immediately apply with their workgroups and individual employees. Prior to the program, participants receive the strengths finder 2.0 and complete the online strengths finder profile.

Today, enormous amounts of waste exist in office and service environments. Delays, bottlenecks, errors and work-arounds are very common. Non-value added work can be as high as 70 percent. The Lean methodology can help reduce or eliminate these wastes. A Lean Kaizen Event is an intense and focused three-day improvement event where participants use Lean techniques, workplace teams, brainstorming and problem solving to rapidly make immediate and tangible improvements in office processes and information flow.

In this program, the facilitator provides executive leadership with an overview of Lean management concepts that will enable them to lead and support a Lean business transformation.
