Dear Summer Graduates:
Congratulations on your upcoming graduation. Commencement is scheduled to take place at the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center on the Kent Campus Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 10 a.m. Each graduate who RSVP's to attend commencement will be allocated 6 guest tickets, cross the stage, and have their name announced. Ceremony times are forthcoming after the conclusion of the RSVP. Please view the details below to help you prepare to attend your ceremony.

TICKET DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
- Sign In as Student / Faculty / Staff.
- Use FlashLine credentials to complete login.
- Select Commencement Student Tickets.
- Select Buy Now for your ceremony.
- Continue to follow the prompts to place your ticket order.
- Tickets cannot be printed on-site.
- If you need assistance, contact the Office of University Events and Protocol immediately. Office staff will not be available on event day to assist with ticket downloads.
- All guests 2 and older must have a guest ticket for entry into the ceremony venue.
- Graduates can transfer tickets to guests by phone number or email address under their account on the and/or download them to an Apple or Google mobile wallet.
- A live simulcast of the ceremony will be available in the Student Center KIVA for guests without tickets.
CAP AND GOWN
- Visit the University Bookstore during normal business hours and take it home the same day (doctoral rentals and fine-quality purchases require an order).
- Reach out to the bookstore via email SM8152@bncollege.com with any questions.
